About the Role As a Commercial and Residential Maintenance Technician at Unitech Builders LLC , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair, installation, and maintenance services across a variety of projects. Your technical expertise and professionalism will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Trade school or relevant certifications preferred)
• Must provide a copy of certificate.
• Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency (for job tracking)
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PPW (Property Preservation Wizard) is a plus
