About The Position

Seeking experienced female certified caregiver for overnight work Two different cases Location: MAHWAH NJ 9PM-8AM Location: WYCKOFF NJ MON/WED/FRI 10PM-7AM Pay- $250.00 per day Job Summary: At Home Companions is currently seeking a New Jersey Certified Home Health Aid to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare industry. As a Home Health Aid, you will be responsible for providing care and assistance to elderly individuals in their own homes. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Requirements

Must be a Certified Home Health Aid in the state of New Jersey
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
Accompany clients on errands and appointments
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or case manager
Follow all policies and procedures of At Home Companions
Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and healthcare team members
