Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability to work one or both weekend days from 12 PM to 5 PM
- Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent care
- Compassionate and patient centered approach
- Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client’s safety, comfort, and mobility in the home
- Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
- Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
- Create a positive, respectful, and supportive care environment
