Requirements

• NJ CHHA Certification
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Current PPD or chest X-ray
• Immunization record (including COVID-19 booster and flu shot)
• 2 professional and 2 personal references
• Drivers License/ Car (Preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Annual in-service records
• Background check clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with elderly clients
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
