About The Position
Neogen Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Livermore, CA. As a CHHA, you will work closely with and under the supervision of licensed clinicians to provide essential services to patients in their homes. Our mission is to transform healthcare delivery and improve the quality of life for our patients through skilled and compassionate care. This part-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $35 per visit, along with mileage reimbursements. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their daily living activities, which may include personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. You will also support patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their comfort and safety. Additionally, you will be tasked with measuring and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration, as directed by the supervising clinician. Your contributions will be vital in helping patients maintain their independence and dignity while receiving care in their own homes. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your role will also involve light housekeeping duties and meal preparation to ensure a clean and supportive environment for our patients.
