About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one overnight care for a client in Tinton Falls. This position offers consistent overnight hours during the week and the opportunity to provide essential support that helps a client remain safe and comfortable at home.
This is an ideal opportunity for caregivers who prefer overnight shifts and value consistency, independence, and meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability Monday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent overnight care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Professionalism and ability to work independently in a one on one setting

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and personal care support
• Assist with mobility, toileting, and comfort needs as required
• Help ensure a safe, calm, and secure overnight environment
• Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
• Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
• Maintain the client’s dignity, comfort, and well being at all times
