About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is hiring NYS Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for an immediate private home care case in Katonah, NY. Due to the client’s care needs, there is a strong preference for a male HHA, though all qualified caregivers are encouraged to apply. Requirements
- Active New York State HHA Certification
- At least 1 year of home care experience preferred
- Up-to-date medicals (physical, TB test, MMR)
- Reliable and compassionate caregiver
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Help ensure client safety and comfort at home
