Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring experienced Certified Home Health Aides for per diem assignments in White Plains and throughout Southern Westchester County. Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate (required)
- Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Offer medication reminders according to care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
