About The Position
As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) at ComForCare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate care and support in their homes. In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities that promote independence and comfort in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care assistance, helping with mobility and transfers, and guiding clients through range of motion exercises. You will also be responsible for meal planning and preparation, ensuring that clients receive nutritious meals, and assisting with feeding when necessary. Additionally, you will manage household needs and provide companionship and respite services to families, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for those you care for.
