About The Position

Qualicare Princeton is looking for compassionate Certified Home Health Aides for Princeton and surrounding locations. As a Care Aide, you'll help clients feel safe and supported in their own homes. You’ll follow personalized care plans and work under the guidance of our local Care Coordinator.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred.
• Active and Certified in Home Health Aide or prior experience as a caregiver (certification is a plus).
• CPR/First Aid AED (or willingness to obtain).
• TB test or chest X-ray.
• Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards.
• Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient in nature.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in clients’ residences.
• Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.
• Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises.
• Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
• Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.
