About The Position

BrightStar Care of Westfield is in need of an experienced live-in Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a male client residing in Plainfield, NJ. You will relieve the full-time live-in caregiver every Friday, Saturday and Sunday arriving 8:00 pm Friday evening until 8:00 am Monday morning. If you’re caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others, we want you on our team! An active NJ CHHA license, and at least 1 year experience working as a caregiver is required (live-in experience preferred). Requirements

Active NJ CHHA license (required)
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Ability to pass background check & drug screening
Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care and all ADL's (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers)
Meal prep, take vital signs
Support clients with errands, appointments, and daily activities
Follow care plans & report changes to our nursing team
Provide companionship & compassionate care to seniors
