Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Prior home health aid experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification
• HHA license

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Follow Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) tailored to each client's needs
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor overall well-being
• Support clients with transportation to appointments and community outings
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow care guidelines.
