About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is Hiring CERTIFIED Home Health Aides for (4-12/hr) shift in Nassau County, and Queens. Case available immediately, Must have active Home Health Aide Certification. HHA Driving is a Plus, Current physical exam and blood work, And be available for interview/orientation and ready to start right away. Requirements

• Minimum one year of work-related experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion/exercises
• Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
