Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Self-motivated closer who thrives independently
• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and additional tools like Outlook and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home accessibility, healthcare, or construction
• Consultative or outside sales experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and prepare and present thoughtful recommendations
• Build your own pipeline by connecting with the community, generating referrals, and attending local events
• Partner with clients every step of the way, from first visit to installation, ensuring a seamless experience
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for safe, independent living
• Maintain strong follow-up with every prospect to ensure opportunities aren't lost, quotas are met, and sales goals are exceeded
