We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. Position Highlights: Full-Time, 36 hours per week 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled Flexible, unit-specific scheduling-no fixed or permanent schedules Starting pay at $18.31 per hour, with additional compensation for experience Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends If you're passionate about patient care and ready to grow your career with a respected health system, we'd love to hear from you! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire (on-the-job training available)
- Current BLS CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular access procedures under RN mentorship
- Follow RN guidance on patient target fluid loss
- Monitor and report changes in vital signs to the RN
- Observe patients throughout dialysis treatments
- Set up dialysis equipment
- Accurately document patient information
