About The Position

Armworks is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our Salem clinic location for immediate hire. Experienced hand therapist (CHT preferably or an OT/PT with post-op and trauma experience) preferred.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
Current state of OR license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
Being a therapist that is a coach, guide and educator for their patients.
Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy and patient care.
Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
