About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist OT in Miami, FL. This role provides specialized evaluation and treatment for patients with upper extremity injuries or conditions. You will join a hospital team with comprehensive services including trauma, surgical care, women’s health, pediatrics, and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Florida OT license required.
• 1–2 years of hand therapy experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy for patients of all ages.
• Deliver specialized hand therapy programs for post-surgical and rehabilitative care.
• Supervise and coordinate responsibilities with supportive staff.
• Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
