About The Position

Innovate Physical Therapy is looking for a Certified Hand Therapist OT/PT to join the team at the Bellevue outpatient clinic! A Certified Hand Therapist OT/PT enhances the lives of individuals by utilizing their assessment and evaluative skills to determine an appropriate therapy plan. They will work with an interdisciplinary team collaborating care and implementing an effective transition plan for each individual.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited occupational/physical therapy program required.
• Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist
• Be a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations for referred individuals, utilizes appropriate tests and measures establishing a timely plan of care in compliance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
• Completes patient treatments efficiently in accordance with plan of care progressing patients as appropriate to achieve established goals.
• Completes accurate charging of services and provides documentation to support the charges and provision of the therapy services within clinic guidelines.
• Manages each patient’s plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaborate and communication with physician involvement as needed.
• Supervises, collaborates, and delegates appropriate care to assistants, techs, and other support personnel per federal and state regulations.
