About The Position

SportsCare & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist in our Salem clinic location for immediate hire. We are proud to offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical therapists who are interested in becoming a CHT. We have a well-defined and proven mentorship program that has allowed us to walk alongside 1-2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal! We treat post-traumatic, surgical, and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow, wrist and hand

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
Current state of OR occupational therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
A therapist that is a coach, guide and educator for their patients.
Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy and patient care.
Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.

Benefits

Salary Range: $93,000 - $109,000, dependent upon hand therapy experience
Sign-on Bonus available based on experience and clinic fit
$1,500 annual CEU allowance plus Medbridge subscription
45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions, 11 treatments per day
