About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic, patient-centered rehabilitation team in Miami. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions focused on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. You’ll work in both inpatient and outpatient environments with diverse patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and have access to advanced tools and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (4-year minimum)
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1–2 years of hand therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Nice To Haves

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions using goal-driven, functional approaches
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in accordance with best practices and regulations
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise and delegate duties to therapy assistants and techs as appropriate
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and infection control procedures
• Provide direct age-specific occupational therapy services across the lifespan
