About The Position

Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for Certified Group FITNESS instructor who is also certified in at least one additional format: Yoga, Pilates, and/or Dance Fitness/Zumba to SUB classes at luxury apartment communities in and around the Suwannee, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Duluth, Georgia areas. Requirements

• Liability insurance (required) or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in designing and implementing fitness programs and classes
• Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs and classes.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Substitute teach with 24-48hrs notice, weekdays, weeknight evenings 6-8pm or Sat mornings 8-10am
• 1 to 3 offers per month
• Travel up to 15 miles from home
• 45 minute classes with 2-6 students
• Travel to and from the community is required in addition to checking and attendance tracking using our software system.
• Clock-in/clock-out and sign-off training sessions using our software
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises during classes
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
• Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
• Be a fitness leader in the community
• Build your book and brand yourself for success
• Utilize our intuitive software for seamless clock-in and class attendance tracking.
• Provide attentive guidance to ensure proper exercise form and safety for all participants.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Motivate and lead clients through invigorating fitness classes.
• Adapt exercises to accommodate diverse skill levels and physical conditions.
