About The Position
Coast Flight Training and Management, Inc. is a fast-growing destination flight school located in San Diego, CA. As a regional 141 and 61 school, we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their dreams of becoming pilots in a safe and effective manner. The role of a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) is crucial to our mission, as it requires a high level of responsibility and coordination among the entire team. We are currently seeking self-motivated and experienced flight instructors who are passionate about aviation and committed to driving our programs to success. The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) license, along with a Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) rating. A minimum of 300 hours of total flight time and a valid 3rd Class Medical certificate are also required. In this position, you will be responsible for teaching students in both ground and flight training environments, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for safety and proficiency.
