About The Position

United Health Services is seeking a certified Epic Ambulatory Applications Analyst Team Lead. This analyst will be supporting one or more applications or systems and serves as a subject matter expert on the workflows, content and functionality of the applications assigned to them for support, and oversees the application team with the support of the application leader.

Requirements

• Current Epic Ambulatory Certification.
• High School Diploma and four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience.
• Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role.
• Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred.
• Epic experience.
