About The Position
Vicar’s Landing is seeking a full time Certified Dietitian to support the nutritional health and well-being of our members in our Health Center and Assisted Living environments. This role partners closely with clinical and dining teams to deliver high-quality, personalized nutritional care.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with current licensure (Florida or eligible)
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor weight trends, lab values, medication-nutrient interactions, and dietary needs
- Manage therapeutic diets in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
- Provide nutrition counseling and addressing member dietary concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Support menu planning and recommend adjustments based on population needs
