About The Position

Westminster Oaks is currently seeking a Full-Time CDM. Must be a Certified Dietary Manager or Licensure as a Certified Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian. The successful candidate will provide instruction and support for staff that prepares and serve meals to residents living in higher levels of service who require specialized nutritional interventions. Work as part of the interdisciplinary clinical team providing resident care. Coordinate with the Registered Dietitian on resident charts and nutrition programs.

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager or Licensure as a Certified Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.
• Write care plans for the Health Center residents.
• Assist in the menu planning for the Health Center residents.
• Oversee daily Health Care dining room meal service.
• Provide and input weekly & monthly Health Center resident's weight loss information.
• Chart, document and provide input for resident's dietary requirements.
• Produce MDS and CAA reports; includes response with corrective action for MDS trigger points.
