Requirements

• CDM - Certified Dietary Manager Certification.
• Prior experience as a Food Services Director in a medical facility or central kitchen.
• Relevant ServSafe & sanitation certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Nutritional certification is ideal, but not required.
• Culinary training highly desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team in a busy commercial kitchen.
• Plan menus and manage food stock.
• Adhere to IDPH regulations.
• Provide hands-on support as needed.
• Ensure the provision of tasty, nutritional, and appealing food.
