About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Certified Dietary Manager Course Lead Instructor. This is a part-time hourly position.

Requirements

• Registered dietitian nutritionist at least two years of experience.
• At least two years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructions to students in the Certified Dietary Manager course.
• The course instruction will include nutrition fundamentals and medical nutrition therapy, food service management by design and ServSafe Manager.
• This instructor is responsible for keeping abreast of ANFP requirement, updates, application renewals, as well as, reporting student success.
• This is an evening course, delivered remote live.
