Requirements

• Certified Professional Coder certification.
• Strong knowledge of coding and medical terminology.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while being part of a large, friendly team.
• Access peers, mentors, and supervisors for support.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and provide regular feedback.
• Utilize tools like Encoder Pro to ensure success.
• Expand coding expertise across specialties, depending on experience.
