About The Position

Requirements
- Communication and listening skills
- Respect, Empathy, and Compassion
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- At least to 1 year of experience of providing personal care to the elderly
- Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance preferably
- Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or Chest X-Ray completed
- Must be able to pass both criminal background checks and drug screening.
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

- Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation
- Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
- Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
- Medication Reminders
- Assistance with walking
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
- Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
