Requirements

• Assisted Living experience is a MUST.
• Certified Caregiver Certificate is required.
• Med Tech experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with daily living activities.
• Administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders in the event of nurse absence.
• Communicate to management medication refusals and potential medication errors.
• Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.
• Document in resident records any significant changes in resident's condition and report changes to the AL Director.
