About The Position
We're growing our caregiving team in North Seattle! If you're a compassionate and dependable professional, we'd be excited to have you join us. We're looking for individuals to fill daytime shifts, offering personalized support and companionship to clients in their homes. Opportunities are open in Lynnwood, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, Shoreline, and surrounding areas. Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. We provide our clients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible care, while ensuring our clients' safety, comfort, and respect…Always.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- Previous hands-on experience caring for older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift
- Clear background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Providing heartfelt companionship and emotional support
- Helping with everyday tasks like grooming, dressing, and preparing meals
- Maintaining a safe and orderly home with light housekeeping
- Accompanying clients to appointments and handling essential errands
- Being a reliable and caring presence in clients' daily lives
