Caregiver Position at Our Community Location: Flagstaff, AZ Now Hiring: 2nd and 3rd Shift Certified Caregivers (Evening & Overnight) Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? Join us as a Certified Caregiver at our Community, where compassion and quality care come together to enhance the life and dignity of each resident. We’re currently hiring for 2nd shift (evening) and 3rd shift (overnight) positions. Caregivers and Medication Aides who work between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will receive an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or new to the field, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can grow both professionally and personally. Highlights of the Role: Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Engagement: Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections. Supportive Tasks: Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment. Medication Management: Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia.
  • Candidate must be certified in Arizona or have an active CNA
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
  • Compliance with state regulations through a screening process is required.
  • Residency in the state of operation is necessary.
