Requirements
- Current Arizona Caregiver Certification is required for the Caregiver position.
- A genuine passion for working with seniors
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs
- Adhere to individualized care plans and communicate changes or concerns to the clinical team
- Create a safe, clean, and positive environment that promotes residents' independence and well-being
