Requirements
- Assisted Living experience is a MUST.
- Certified Caregiver Certificate is required
- Med Tech experience is required
Responsibilities
- Assist senior residents with daily living activities.
- May be asked to administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders the event of nurse absence.
- If needed, communicate to management, medication refusals and potential medication errors.
- Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.
- Responsible for documenting in resident records any significant changes in resident's condition and reports changes to the AL Director
