Arizona Certified Caregiver - All Shifts (FLAG)
About The Position

We’re currently hiring for 2nd shift (evening) and 3rd shift (overnight) positions. Caregivers and Medication Aides who work between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will receive an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or new to the field, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can grow both professionally and personally. Highlights of the Role: Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Engagement: Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections. Supportive Tasks: Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment. Medication Management: Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed. What We Look For: Experience: Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia. Candidate must be certified in Arizona or have an active CNA Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
