About The Position
We’re seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)‑Certified Caregiver who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those transitioning from hospital to home. Requirements
- Current PCA certification (Georgia)
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Able to pass background screening
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Senior care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Provide meal prep, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Follow care plans and safety procedures
