Requirements

• Current Arizona Caregiver/Med Tech Certificate required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Effective communication skills and ability to document care.
• High levels of customer care with compassion and heart.
• Comfortable working weekends and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work conditions.
• Must be comfortable receiving the flu vaccine.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents.
• Assist residents with their care and all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Administer medication as required.
• Help keep residents' apartments tidy and change linen as needed.
• Participate in activities to keep seniors active while encouraging and respecting their independence.
