About The Position

We are currently hiring Certified Bilingual Spanish Substitute Teacher teachers for the 2025-26 school year to support KIPP Texas schools in Dallas. You can start the interview process right away! Requirements

• 1+ year(s) working with students in both English and Spanish settings (classroom, tutoring, coaching, camps, etc.)
• One of the following Texas Teacher Certifications (proof of valid certification required): Generalist (EC–6) with Bilingual Supplemental - Spanish or Bilingual Generalist – Spanish (EC–4)
• Minimum of 48 college credit hours
• Confidence to manage a classroom of students
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Strong belief that every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world
• Ability to pass state & federal background checks

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience
