About The Position

Provides behavior intervention and skill development curricula to individuals and families/caregivers of individuals with developmental, intellectual, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a behavior analytic program. Interventions and curricula may be provided in individual or small group settings under the supervision of a Qualified Healthcare Professional. (Includes, but is not limited to, Behavioral Analyst (I and/or II), Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor, and/or Clinical Director.) Collect data on programs and skills, provide oral and written updates on patient progress and assist in discharge planning activities. Work in collaboration with program leadership on special projects as appropriate. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, special education, psychology, communication disorders, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 1 year of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families/caregivers.
  • WA State Certified Behavior Technician Credential (CBT).
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) will be accepted in lieu of CBT.
  • Safety Care Cert (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred candidates will have bilingual skills.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working with caregivers and families.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working with diverse populations.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience navigating multiple hospital systems.
  • Preferred candidates will be credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
  • Preferred candidates will have 1 year experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
