Requirements
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field of study from an accredited program with an emphasis on applied behavior analysis (Master’s Degree is preferred)
- Must possess state certification as a behavior analyst (CBA)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs a functional behavioral assessment within (30) days of admission according to regulatory requirements and service authorizations
- Develops behavior plan and obtains approval from designated regulatory authorities according to the individual’s needs
- Works positively and collaboratively with all disciplines and team members to gather input and ensure all elements in the individual’s plan are covered
- Ensures that all required behavior documentation and reports are reviewed, completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Ensures competency-based training is provided to staff and other support members in both residential and non-residential settings
- Ensures all staff and behavioral monitoring and documentation are completed according to regulatory requirements
- Performs all other duties as assigned
