About The Position

Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is committed to delivering high-quality automotive service and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Certified Automotive Technician with Mopar certification to join our skilled service team in Rockbridge, OH. The Mopar Certified and Master Certified Service Technician will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles following established standards. You may also perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality expectations. This role demands a strong commitment to professional and customer-focused service.

Requirements

Mopar Master Certified Technician with experience at dealer-level or large facility preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and safety-oriented approach.
Customer service skills with outstanding communication abilities.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions thoroughly.
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Entry-level technicians with applicable work experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing.
Maintain the highest level of Mopar training and certification.
Perform services while keeping vehicles clean and orderly.
Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
Help maintain the service shop’s safety, appearance, and efficient operation.
Follow all shop policies, safety protocols, and environmental rules.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
