We are currently hiring an experienced ASE Certified Service Technician to join our service team. This role is designed for a technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs independently while maintaining factory standards. Requirements
- Current ASE Certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of dealership-level experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Ford diagnostic software preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform complex engine, transmission, electrical, and driveline repairs
- Complete warranty repairs in strict accordance with Ford requirements
- Utilize Ford diagnostic systems including IDS and FDRS
- Document findings and completed work thoroughly on repair orders
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Maintain current ASE and Ford training certifications
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist in mentoring developing technicians when appropriate
