About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team at StretchLab Hill Country in New Braunfels, TX. In this role, you will deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, helping clients enhance their mobility, prevent injuries, and achieve their wellness goals. As a key member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to lead guided group stretching classes, providing expert care in a supportive and engaging environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $24.00, paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Certification as an Athletic Trainer is required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention techniques.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in assisted stretching or related fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, or pilates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop and implement client-specific stretching plans based on assessments and goals.
