At UGP, you are not just a clinician — you are a Performance Specialist. As a Recovery Specialist, you will work in a 100% cash-based environment alongside elite Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one outcomes without insurance-driven constraints. This role bridges clinical rehabilitation and elite athletic performance, serving as the steward of our clients’ physical longevity and readiness.

Requirements

  • License: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
  • Expertise: Advanced proficiency in soft tissue work and joint mobilization.
  • Mindset: A passion for sports performance and a "client-first" hospitality approach.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic digital documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise and performance integration.
  • Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification or CSCS.

Responsibilities

  • Perform golf-specific orthopedic examinations and movement screens (TPI-based).
  • Develop individualized “Performance Longevity” plans for golfers of all levels.
  • Deliver high-end recovery sessions including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and mobility work.
  • Collaborate daily with Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers to build holistic development plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client health, injury prevention, and physical readiness.
  • Provide a five-star hospitality experience aligned with UGP standards.
  • Educate clients on movement efficiency, durability, and sustainable performance.
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation.
  • Uphold facility cleanliness and professional standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
