About The Position

We are seeking Certified Appraisers or Appraiser Trainees to assist with appraisals in North Carolina. Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate appraisal or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and the ability to interpret financial documents is essential.
• Proficiency in using GIS technology for property analysis is a plus.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis are required for effective appraisals.
• Excellent written communication skills for financial report writing are necessary.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial for ensuring compliance during appraisals.
