About The Position
We are looking for a skilled HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately! Responsibilities: Respond to and complete maintenance service requests. Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments. Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs. Install locks and make keys as needed. Replace light bulbs in common areas. Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily. Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- HVAC/EPA Certified
