About The Position

Apartner is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in apartment maintenance, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • HVAC EPA Universal Certification required
  • Hands-on experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential job functions

Responsibilities

  • Respond to maintenance service requests promptly and efficiently
  • Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash-outs for vacant apartments
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager by performing assigned maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
  • Install locks and make keys as needed
  • Replace light bulbs in common areas
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeters daily
  • Assist with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other community buildings
