Requirements
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to pass a drug test

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and property
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required)
- Handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Complete work orders efficiently and maintain safety standards
- Ensure property is in top condition for residents
