About The Position
Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time opportunity at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, located in the beautiful city of Margate, FL. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a remarkable $100,000 sign-on bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for qualified candidates. The anesthesia care team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is comprised of 14 physicians and 14 advanced practice providers (APPs), working collaboratively in a supportive environment. The facility features 9 state-of-the-art operating rooms, with an impressive annual case volume of approximately 11,000 surgeries. The case mix includes a variety of specialties such as General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Electrophysiology, Urology, Robotics, Obstetrics, Orthopedics, and Spine Surgery, while notably excluding open-heart and pediatric cases. Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, with scheduling options available for 8, 10, 12, or 15-hour shifts, allowing for a work-life balance that prioritizes personal development and quality of life. The call schedule is approximately 1 in 4 weekends, and the call can be taken from home, providing additional convenience for the CAA.
