There is no call required, and optional opportunities may be available for those interested in regional anesthesia. The practice emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and flexibility. CAAs are given the autonomy to excel, while also being supported by experienced physicians and fellow team members. Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 annually with a salary review in January 2025
- Overtime Pay: $200/hour for hours worked beyond 40 (block system)
- Earning Potential: Unlimited, with ample open shifts available
- Vacation: 160 hours (20 days) of vacation starting on day one
- Sick Leave: 56 hours (7 days) annually
- Continuing Education: 40 paid CE hours per year
